Flower Delivery Policy – Vietnam & Da Nang
We want your floral surprise to arrive perfectly. Please review our delivery guidelines to understand how we handle your orders in Vietnam.
1. Delivery Areas & Operating Hours
Our primary delivery zone is Da Nang City. We also deliver to nearby areas such as Hoi An with advanced notice and an applicable delivery fee based on the distance.
Our standard delivery hours are from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM (Vietnam Time – GMT+7). If you require a delivery outside of these hours, please reach out to us before placing your order to confirm availability.
2. Same-Day Delivery Cut-off
We proudly offer same-day delivery service for major local destinations. To qualify for same-day delivery, please place and confirm your order (including payment) before 2:00 PM (Vietnam Time). Orders placed after this time may be scheduled for the following day, though we always make every effort to accommodate urgent requests whenever our schedule permits.
3. Real Photo Before Delivery
For most flower orders, we will send a real photo of the finished bouquet before dispatch. This helps overseas customers confirm the arrangement and design details before it is delivered. You can learn more about this process in our FAQ section.
4. Hotel, Resort & Hospital Deliveries
We frequently deliver to tourists and guests staying at local accommodations. To ensure a smooth delivery, you must provide:
• The exact name and address of the hotel/resort/hospital.
• The recipient’s full name exactly as registered at the reception.
• The room or ward number (if known).
• A local phone number for the recipient (if available).
Please note: Many premium hotels and hospitals do not allow delivery personnel to go directly to guest rooms. In such cases, the flowers will be safely left with the reception desk, concierge, or nurse station, and the delivery will be considered successfully completed.
5. Delivery Confirmation
After delivery, we will send a confirmation message to the sender. When possible, we may include a delivery update or photo confirmation, depending on the location and recipient privacy.
6. Unsuccessful Delivery Attempts
We will make every reasonable effort to deliver your flowers successfully. However, in the following situations, the order may be considered completed and may not be eligible for a refund:
• Incorrect Address: The address provided by the sender is wrong or incomplete, and the recipient cannot be reached.
• Recipient Unavailable: The recipient is not at the location, does not answer our calls after multiple attempts, and there is no safe place (or receptionist) to leave the flowers.
• Refusal of Delivery: The recipient explicitly refuses to accept the flowers.
If a delivery fails due to incorrect information or an unreachable recipient, we can arrange a re-delivery to a corrected address or at a later time. Please note that a re-delivery fee may apply, and flower freshness cannot be guaranteed if re-delivery happens on the next day. Please refer to our full Refund Policy for more details.
7. Peak Holidays & Festivals
During major Vietnamese and International holidays—such as Valentine’s Day (Feb 14), International Women’s Day (Mar 8), Vietnamese Women’s Day (Oct 20), Mother’s Day, and Lunar New Year (Tet)—we experience a high volume of orders.
During these peak periods, exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed. Deliveries will be fulfilled at any point during our operating hours (8:00 AM – 8:00 PM). We strongly advise placing your order at least 24 to 48 hours in advance during holidays.
8. Extreme Weather / Force Majeure
Central Vietnam can occasionally experience heavy storms or typhoons. In cases of extreme weather where it is unsafe for our delivery staff to travel, deliveries may be delayed. We will immediately contact the sender to inform them of the delay and reschedule the delivery for the earliest safe opportunity.
